What the role involves: Assisting in the daily management and coordination of the housekeeping team Ensuring all guest rooms, public areas and back of house spaces meet top quality standards Training, guiding and motivating staff to deliver consistent excellence Managing stock levels, inventories and housekeeping procedures Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager to streamline operations and maintain smooth workflow Whats needed: A relevant hospitality or housekeeping qualification is beneficial Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a luxury environment Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail Confident communication and people management skills A proactive, guest focused mindset with high levels of professionalism ?
