This vibrant venue also includes an event space, offering a dynamic role combining daily restaurant management with occasional function coordination. The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on leader who can run restaurant operations seamlessly while maintaining exceptional service standards and guest experiences. ? Requirements: * Previous management experience in a restaurant or luxury dining environment * Strong wine knowledge, ideally within Stellenbosch or similar wine regions * Excellent administrative and organisational skills * Experience managing a small team of 46 waiters * Strong leadership with the ability to uphold high service standards * Comfortable overseeing both restaurant service and venue/event coordination * Hands-on, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences * Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required ?
