Job Description
- Analyse client data, cases, and trends to identify potential risks or areas of concern
- Investigate root causes of client issues and propose mitigation plans
- Work closely with operations, compliance, and customer-facing teams to resolve complex cases
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented mitigation strategies
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and industry regulations
- Provide recommendations to improve processes, reduce client risk, and enhance service quality
- Support escalated client matters with a risk-focused approach
Job Experience and Key Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of experience in risk analysis, client operations, compliance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive client situations professionally
- Experience working with data analysis tools, dashboards, or case management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of risk frameworks, operational controls, or compliance processes is an advantage
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in financial services, insurance, fintech, or a regulated environment
- Exposure to fraud prevention, quality assurance, or dispute resolution
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools
