About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Assistant Management Couple to join our team in South Africa. As part of our luxury guest lodge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, managing daily operations, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the guest lodge, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Provide excellent guest relations and hosting services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee administration and organisational tasks, including reservations, OTA platforms, and food and beverage operations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Manage staff effectively, provide guidance and support as needed, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, lodge, or luxury guest lodge management
