Requirements: Recent completion of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Passion for machinery and construction. Willingness to learn and assist in applying technical knowledge. Physical stamina and dexterity for hands-on tasks. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively. Be between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the YES Programme before. Reside in Durban in surrounding areas. Preferred Skills: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow. Participation in relevant coursework or training programs. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
