About the Role

The Production Manager at The Recruitment Pro will oversee the production activities of our construction projects, ensuring optimal efficiency and resource utilization. With a strong background in construction management and a track record of delivering projects on time, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee production activities
  • Develop and implement production schedules aligned with project timelines and deliverables
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
  • Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and production-related challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities

Requirements
