What Youll Be Doing: Participate in every stage of the development lifecycle: feature conception, design, implementation, testing, rollout, and ensuring smooth, secure production operation. Bring a business mindset and continuously look for ways to improve applications through strategic development. Follow and enhance development practices across all stages. Tackle challenges related to processing highly sensitive data. Manage cutting-edge technologies to optimise application performance. Participate in conferences and educational programs to stay updated on industry trends. Share knowledge and mentor team members on best practices, code quality, and tech frameworks. Perform quality assurance checks and testing prior to production launch. Requirements: Strong academic background with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a relevant discipline (or proven skills). Passionate about software development with experience in web frameworks. Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL). Excellent problem-solving skills and pride in delivering quality work. Strong interpersonal skills: trustworthy, motivated, and able to communicate effectively.
