Preparing BOQs covering construction, demolition, finishes, furniture, seating, power, plumbing, data, audio, visual, and related components. Reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings. Coordinating with existing suppliers and contractors. Sourcing and evaluating new suppliers and contractors. Working closely with the Director to compile detailed quotations, including quick turnarounds and revisions. Qualifications B.Tech in Quantity Surveying or higher.
