Supervisor / Skilled Fitter or Millwright – HVAC/Ventilation (Johannesburg)

Seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a small HVAC/ventilation service team.

Must have experience in HVAC/air filtration and supervising semi-skilled fitters.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, site work, client communication, inspections, and report generation.
Computer literacy (MS Office) essential;

HVAC/engineering qualification advantageous.
Must have valid EB driver’s license.
Tasks span weekly, monthly, and annual planning of service work, reporting, calibration, and staff training.
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and client service skills required.
