About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to support our manufacturing company’s HR function and drive strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with line managers to provide guidance on HR matters
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs
- Oversee employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
