Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in both government and private sectors.
Driving sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities
Staying informed about industry trends, government procurement processes, and private sector opportunities.
Developing and executing account strategies to meet sales targets
Tracking and reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and account growth metrics
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in Sales or Account Management
8 – 10 years IT Technical Sales experience, with emphasis on ICT Client Services
6 8 years Account Management and Sales Experience in the Public Sector within the ICT industry
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and services, including Data Protection, Servers, Storage, HCI, Cloud, and Microsoft solutions
Proven track record of success in managing government and private sector accounts.
