Are you a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse ready to lead in a fast-paced, global medical assistance environment? Our client is seeking a Nursing Coordinator to provide clear leadership and deliver world-class medical assistance services to our clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
As a Nursing Coordinator, you will:

Lead and manage medical assistance cases in collaboration with Medical Directors,
Nurse Managers, and Assistance Doctors.
Provide expert medical direction, due diligence, and case oversight from initial contact to resolution.
Coordinate hospitalisation, medical evacuations, and repatriations, ensuring adherence to company Medical Transportation Standards.
Deliver telephone-based medical assessments and advice to clients, patients, and stakeholders worldwide.
Liaise with treating physicians, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless case management.
Maintain high standards of documentation and ensure timely handovers across shifts.
Act as a medical escort when required and determine appropriate escort personnel for specific cases.
Contribute to network development through site surveys and provider referrals.
Support business development initiatives and promote company services to clients.

Qualifications & Experience
Were looking for someone with:

BSc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Registered Nurse (RN) and registered with SANC.
5+ years post-graduate experience, ideally in Emergency, Trauma, or ICU settings.
Previous experience as a Unit Manager or Nurse Manager.
BLS and ACLS certification.
Experience in medical escort services is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

• Must be willing and able to work 12-hour shift patterns
• 45 hours per week
• 22 annual leave days/ other leave as per BCEA.
• Gross Monthly Salary – this is inclusive of 15% Shift Allowance and 20% Sunday allowance
