Junior / Assistant to Inbound Consultant Inbound B2B DMC, Cape Town
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior / Assistant to Inbound Consultant to join a reputable inbound B2B Destination Management Company in Cape Town. This role is ideal for an organised individual looking to start their career in travel and tourism administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Inbound Consultant, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.

Assist with booking confirmations, documentation, and client communications.

Maintain accurate records and manage data entry within company systems.
-
Support internal reporting and general office administration tasks.
-
Ensure high levels of organisation and attention to detail in all activities.

Learn and apply company systems and processes, including Tourplan software.
Requirements:
-
Can be junior with no prior experience; suitable for candidates eager to learn.

Ideally hold an external qualification beyond matric.

Strong administrative skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Professional, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Willingness to learn new systems and undergo company-provided training.
Training Provided:

Tourplan software training and internal systems induction.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
