About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our client’s team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract development, negotiations, and administration. They will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review all contracts and agreements, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Manage the contract approval process, including obtaining necessary approvals from key stakeholders.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

Requirements
