• Assist the Supervisor in leading scaffolding teams.
• Allocate work to Fixers and ensure tasks are done correctly.
• Inspect scaffolding materials and report defects.

• Maintain productivity and ensure compliance with standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Chargehand/Scaffolding Skills Certificate.
• 2-3 years experience in scaffolding operations.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings.
• Good understanding of safety and quality standards.
