Job Description
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or related field (advantageous)
- At least10 years’ packhouse management experience (preferably in citrus)
- Proven track record in packhouse establishment, operations, labour management, procurement & logistics
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude; knowledge of citrus processing & packaging essential
- Good financial acumen (budgets, cost management, reporting)
- Ability to manage and motivate a large workforce
- Understanding and experience in GlobalGAP-compliant packhouses
- Sound knowledge of export logistics
