About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Kiwi Farm Production Manager to join our team in the Western Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production operations of our kiwi farm, ensuring efficient management of budgets and operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage production teams and supervise staff

- Work irregular and long hours during the kiwi season
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Agriculture or Diploma in Horticulture
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing production operations in fruit farming
- Experience supervising and training production teams
- Strong knowledge of fruit farming techniques, equipment, and regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and operations efficiently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Irrigation systems, Netafim Fertigation programmes, Irrigator Control Systems
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications in Agriculture or Horticulture (if applicable)
