Our client is a dynamic HVAC consulting firm based in Roodepoort, specialising in mechanical engineering solutions for commercial and industrial projects. They focus on delivering innovative, practical, and compliant HVAC designs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Design, review, and manage HVAC systems, wet services, and mechanical engineering solutions for commercial and industrial projects. Conduct calculations, sizing, and equipment selection while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Coordinate with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams. Prepare budgets, specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and reports. Oversee project execution, monitor progress, review designs, and provide on-site supervision where required.

Job experience and Skills Required:

• B-Tech or BEng in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with HVAC consulting background.
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in HVAC consulting and mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience in designing HVAC systems, wet services, and preparing BOQs/tender documents.
• Strong project management, coordination, and site supervision skills.
• Proficient in Carrier HAP, Loadest, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office; excellent communication skills.
