We are looking for an experienced Restaurant manager. Micros System Experience required. 3 Years experience in a management position in a Restaurant / Hotel. Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet. Well spoken and presented individual. Strong leader who can oversee employees. Grade 12 and computer literate. Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable. Manager the entire service operation of the restaurant. Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant. Daily meetings and handovers with staff rostering. Maintain and achieve restaurant targets. Do monthly stock takes.
