About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Manager to join their team in the Electronics Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and equipment
- Identify and source new suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships with key suppliers
- Monitor and analyze market trends, prices, and supplier performance to optimize procurement decisions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including production, engineering, and quality control teams, to ensure procurement requirements are met
- Manage the procurement budget and track savings and cost reductions
- Support inventory management and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, in the electronics industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
