A leading manufacturer of screening media and wear solutions is expanding its Gauteng team and is searching for a strong Sales Engineer with hands-on experience selling into mining and mineral processing plants. If you understand plant flow, screening challenges, and wear applications — this role puts you at the centre of major operations across the region.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ technical or capital equipment sales experience into mining
• Strong knowledge of screening media, wear linings, or mineral processing equipment
• Established relationships within Gauteng mines, quarries, EPCMs, or plant managers
• Valid driver’s license and willing to travel extensively across the region
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and build long-term client partnerships

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Maintain and grow key accounts within major mining and processing operations
• Identify plant challenges and recommend screening/wear solutions to reduce downtime
• Conduct site visits, plant audits, and product demonstrations
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
• Track opportunities, prepare quotations, and drive sales to achieve territory targets
• Strong technical communication skills and the ability to influence decision-makers
