Our client in the Construction industry is looking for a General Concrete Foreman for Water retaining structures.

Key responsibilities

• Client liaison.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage quality of Construction on site
• Ability to deal with Subcontractors
• Extensive Technical Knowledge of Civil construction and concrete works, especially water retaining structures
• Ability to interpret Technical Drawings of (Construction/Buildings)
• Ability to complete projects in time.

Requirements

• Good command of the English language
• Preferably Formal Building/Construction Qualification
• Experience in health and safety on sites.
• 15 years extensive concrete experience in water retaining structures i.e. reservoirs, water treatment works, waste water treatment works.
