Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership: Lead and supervise all maintenance processes and operations.
- Budget Management: Track expenses and oversee the maintenance budget.
- Machinery Maintenance: Ensure all machinery is well-maintained and operating at optimal standards.
- Maintenance Procedures: Develop and implement effective maintenance procedures.
- Inspections & Problem Resolution: Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and resolve them promptly.
- Repair & Installation Planning: Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Scheduling & Cost Evaluation: Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, logs, and relevant documentation.
- Stock & Supplies: Oversee equipment inventory and place orders for new supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Millwright, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar).
- A minimum of 5-10 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance, health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, GMP, HACCP).
- Strong project management skills, including planning and executing maintenance activities.
