Pretoria: Operational Finance Manager

In order to be considered the following is required: Matric (Grade 12) Bachelor’s Degree in BCom Accounting, BCompt Accounting or equivalent qualification Professional membership with SAIPA or SAICA Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook proficiency Experience with Financial Management Software (e.g. Sage Evolution) Working knowledge of G-Suite Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in a senior Financial Management role In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices and compliance requirements Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Strong background in managing annual audits and preparing management reports Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards Expertise in data analysis, trend evaluation, and forecasting methods Ability to design and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Planning: Drive the company’s financial planning process through effective budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategy alignment Financial Operations Management: Oversee daily financial activities, ensure robust internal controls and manage cash flow effectively Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations, tax legislation and company policies while implementing sound risk management practices Leadership and Team Management: Lead, coach and develop the finance team to deliver high-performance results Audit & Reporting: Coordinate and manage the annual external audit process and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports with insightful management commentary Performance Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to executive management If you would like to email your CV directly – please send it to
