TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT KPAsZimele Broadcasting Services core business is reselling and distributing broadcast technology and providing technical solutions to the broadcast and electronic communication industry. Central to our business, therefore, is selling technology and technical solutions where we represent various products from our international manufacturers.TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS: This position is key to our business mandate therefore the incumbent is required to have high dexterity of technical knowledge with sales skills to advise and provide the necessary solutions to our clients. The incumbent will have strong analytical, leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle the pressures of working in a dynamic and result oriented environment. Project Management. Strong Communication and Information management. Ability to assess clients needs, explain complex technical offers and preparing RFQs/RFPs/ RFTs sales proposals and presentations. Grade 12 will be a requirement for the applicant to be considered. Technical or IT Diploma will be an added advantage.RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and submit sales proposals, presentations to the clients. Negotiate prices and close sales contracts. Identify new business opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets. Develop a deep understanding of the companys basket of product offering and services. Assess clients needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions. Explain technical concepts to clients. Stay up to date on industry trends and new technology products. Travel to clients locations for meetings and product presentations and demonstrations. Maintain accurate records of sales, clients interactions, and purchase orders.
