- National Senior Certificate – Grade 12
- Any level of tertiary qualification advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous workshop management experience
- Extensive knowledge of the repair and maintenance of farm equipment, irrigation pumps, irrigation systems & electrical
- Computer literate
- Ability to work well within a team
- Valid driver’s license
