About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable RTV (Return to Vendor) Clerk to join our warehouse team based in Pinetown. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, warehouse experience, and a solid understanding of return processes. You will be responsible for managing all returned stock, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record all RTV (Return to Vendor) items accurately.
• Inspect returned goods for quality, condition, and correct return reason.
• Prepare and maintain all RTV documentation, including credit requests and return notes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, dispatch, and procurement regarding returned items.
• Track return statuses and follow up on outstanding credits.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of returned stock in the warehouse.
• Capture data on the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Assist with general warehouse duties when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years warehouse experience (RTV experience an advantage).
• Strong administrative and data-capturing skills.
• Good communication and follow-up abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer literate (MS Office; WMS beneficial).
