Job Description

Dental Receptionist – Exciting Opportunity Location: Cape Town | Employment Type: Full Time / Part Time Our client, a busy dental practice, is looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Dental Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for patients, manage bookings, billing, schedules, and general reception administration while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and manage in-person, phone, and email communications. Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient records. Take payments and send statements. Maintain a tidy, professional reception and functioning office systems. Support lab bookings, stock management, and reporting tasks. Candidate Profile: Warm, professional, and calm under pressure. Strong organisational and communication skills. Previous dental or medical reception experience required. Added Advantage – Systems Experience: Goodx Xero TIMETREE YOCO
