Umhlanga Rocks: Senior Clothing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Manage full order lifecycle: briefing, sampling, costings, tech packs, orders, delivery timelines Liaise with Buyers, QA, local and international suppliers (including China) Track all approvals: trims, fabrics, styles, lab dips, fit and PP samples Coordinate pricing samples and ensure all paperwork is submitted timeously Maintain accurate shipment and delivery schedules Assist with styling adjustments to meet cost targets Prepare detailed production and month-end reports You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
