Roles and Responsibilities
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Assist with planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Supervise maintenance assistants and contractors when required.
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Assist with spare parts control and basic cost management.
 
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified Millwright (Red Seal).
2–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Basic understanding of preventative maintenance systems.
Willing to work overtime, weekends, or standby when required.
 
SKILLS
Electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
Problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills.
Time management and planning.
Ability to work under pressure.
