Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Meat Matrix System across all group sites.
Oversee setup and configuration of recipes, block tests, product codes, yield steps, and warehouse modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, data issues, or configuration challenges.
Provide technical support and guidance to production, warehouse, and admin teams.
Implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and system alignment with operational processes.
Manage IT infrastructure across the group (networks, hardware, connectivity, servers).
Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and backup procedures.
Lead IT-related projects, installations, and rollouts across all business units.
Monitor system performance and implement optimisation strategies.
Provide training to staff on Meat Matrix and other IT systems.
Liaise with software vendors and service providers to resolve issues.
Manage IT budgets, asset records, and procurement.
 
Education & Experience
5–6 years’ IT programming experience (mandatory).
Strong working knowledge of Meat Matrix (mandatory).
Experience within food manufacturing / processing environments (advantageous).
Understanding of inventory, warehousing, and production workflows.
