Minimum Qualifications & Experience BSc Civil Engineering (master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum 10 years’ experience in the design of roads, stormwater, and water pipeline projects. Registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with ECSA. Strong leadership experience in managing a technical department and overseeing engineering projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, EPANET, and other relevant design software.
