About the Role
Hire Resolve’s Client, a leading FMCG Company, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Counsel to join their team in Durban. As a key member of the team, you will provide legal advice and support on various commercial matters, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiating and drafting contracts
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Providing guidance on legal risks and compliance
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align legal agreements with business objectives
Requirements
- At least 7 – 10 years of experience as a Commercial Lawyer or similar role
- LLB degree or B.Proc
- Admitted attorney
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial transactions
- Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
