Keep up to date with market trends by analysing the market

Determine and cold call potential new customers

Identify and suggest products and ranges based on customer needs and current stock levels Assist in drawing up quotations

Resolve customer complaints or queries

Demonstrate product ranges and usage

Conduct product training

Experience:

2 Years Sales Experience in the Industrial/Retail sector

2 Years merchandising experience

Skills & Knowledge:

Advanced product knowledge (ironmongery products)

Interpersonal skills

Problem solving skills

Active listening skills

Education:

National Senior Certificate
