• Outline product development and market positioning strategies
• Identify and analyze market opportunities
• Create new products
• Identify and fix prototype issues.
• Facilitate effective product training to enhance team knowledge
• Monitor product performance

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience (Radio Frequency, Electronics experience)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Leadership role
• Master’s degree is highly advantageous

Qualification:

• BSc/ BEng in Electronics Engineering
