How you’ll role Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join their expanding team in KwaZulu-Natal. The role involves providing exceptional first and second line technical support, managing IT environments, and ensuring smooth systems operation. What you’ll do Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients and users Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Install and maintain systems, applications, and network equipment Set up new workstations, printers, and other peripherals Manage user accounts, permissions, and data backups Apply IT security best practices and perform preventative maintenance Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with senior technicians Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication What you’ll need Matric / Grade 12 certificate. Relevant IT qualifications: A, N, or MCSE (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years experience in an IT support or technician role Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
