Key Responsibilities

Successful Gaming Ambassadors:

• Manage and grow high-end customer loyalty with appropriate recognition for their needs and value

• Maintain records and measure trends of high-end guest activities

• Co-ordinate and host VIP functions and hospitality events

• Provide efficient and friendly customer service to Priv guests (face-to-face and telephonically), supplying prompt and complete information about all services and benefits on the property

• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately

• (Advantage) Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin fluently

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric (NQF 4)

• Numeracy skills (NQF 4)

• Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)

• Sound computer skills in MS Office

• Presentation skills

• At least three years experience in a related hospitality field
