Job Description
The Property Administrator will be responsible for supporting the management of sectional title schemes and body corporates, ensuring smooth administration and effective communication with trustees and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of sectional title schemes and body corporates
- Liaise with trustees, owners, and tenants regarding property-related matters
- Prepare and distribute documentation, notices, and meeting minutes
- Support the financial administration process (e.g., levy statements, budgets, arrears reports)
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests and service provider contracts
- Ensure compliance with property management procedures and relevant legislation
- Handle general office administration related to property management
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) is required
- Prior experience in property administration, preferably in sectional title or body corporates
- Knowledge of trustees’ roles and responsibilities
- Strong administration and organisational skills
