About the Role
We are a dynamic FMCG company operating in South Africa, focused on driving growth, innovation, and execution excellence in the beverages sector. We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Head to lead strategy and execution across sales operations, trade channels, and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations including RTM optimisation and field team performance.
- Own commercial delivery: revenue, volume, and share growth.
- Develop strategies across Modern Trade, General Trade, and On-Premise.
- Oversee trade planning, pricing, and in-market execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing); MBA advantageous.
- 10+ years in FMCG/Beverages with commercial leadership experience.
