We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the CCTV, security & technology industry. The successful candidate will provide technical support to clients, installers, and control rooms, and assist with the onboarding.Department: IT / TechnicalResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support for CCTV and security systemsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issuesConduct remote diagnostics and report down sitesOnboard new clients and set up new sitesInstall, configure, and test CCTV software and applicationsLiaise with installers, control rooms, and clientsPerform system checks, workstation clean-ups, and site variationsMaintain accurate technical logs, spreadsheets, and documentationPrepare status and feedback reportsFollow up on outstanding technical issues dailyMinimum RequirementsMust be PSIRA registered Experience in CCTV, IT support, or electronic securityBasic knowledge of networking (advantageous) , IP cameras, and CCTV platforms (e.g. Hikvision, Dahua, Avigilon, etc.) Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and customer service abilityAbility to work under pressure and manage time effectivelyComputer literacy essentialValid drivers license (advantageous)Key CompetenciesAttention to detailTechnical troubleshooting abilityProfessional communicationTime managementTeam collaborationWhat We OfferTraining and growth opportunitiesSupportive and dynamic work environmentExposure to industry-leading CCTV and security technologies.
