Hire Resolves client is a leading Architecture firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of an Architectural Technologist in Edenvale, GP.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance with all SANS10400 regulations
• Obtain site / stand / premises information
• Interior details and architectural drawings
• Finishing schedules
• Specification sheets
• Site inspections
• Site measurements and as-built drawings
• Project management and site organization with site instructions
• Obtaining relevant quotes for specific projects
• Meeting all potential contractors and sub-contractors
• Council documentation preparation
• Must be comfortable taking minutes of meetings with Contractors and supplier
• Collect Samples and compile client presentations
• Placing orders and checking of deliveries
• Assist with Budget preparations.
• Confirm delivery installation dates
• Receive deliveries

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in the field of Architecture.
• Must have site experience dealing with a variety of consultants.
• The Ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience in:
• AutoCAD
• Revit (Advantageous)
• Excel, Word, Outlook
• PowerPoint
• Afrikaans and English speaking
• Must have drivers license and own car
• Must be able to work under pressure and have a strong personality.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
