Hire Resolve is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to join our clients team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closing of construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, defining scope, timeline, resources, and budgetary requirements.
• Oversee and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate communication among stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ensure compliance of projects with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the mining industry
• Mechanical background
• Dragline, rope shovel, hydraulics, technical background as PM
• Background in mining earthmoving equipment
