Northern Suburbs: Sales Manager posted by iStaff (Pty) Ltd

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of 7 sales reps (internal and external), and ensuring targets are met. 

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Solid experience managing/supervising others
3. Technical sales experience 
4. Manufacturing, steel industry experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies 
• Lead and motivate a team of sales reps
• Set and achieve sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
• Resolve any issues that were escalated from sales reps
