Duties

• Process monthly payroll accurately on Sage 300.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and SARS-related queries.
• Reconcile provident fund, medical aid, and payroll schedules.
• Calculate overtime, bonuses, deductions, and commissions.
• Ensure compliance with company and legislative payroll requirements.
• Prepare payslips, IRP5s, and payroll reports.
• Support HR with onboarding, exits, and reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Qualification: Matric (Diploma in HR, Finance, or Payroll beneficial).
• Experience: 3–5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of Sage 300.
  • Experience handling payroll, benefits, and statutory submissions.
  • Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
