The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and managing scorecards , profitability models , impairments , and credit policies , while leading a team of professionals. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain credit risk models, including scorecards and profitability models. Drive strategic decision-making through advanced quantitative analysis. Oversee impairment calculations and ensure compliance with credit policies. Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Partner with stakeholders to optimize credit risk strategies and portfolio performance. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in banking with a focus on credit risk decisioning .
