Cape Town City Centre: Project & Branch Operations Manager

Position: Project & Branch Operations Manager Region: Cape Town Package CTC between R65,000 and R80,000 per month, depending on experience Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day branch operations Manage and monitor projects from initiation to completion Ensure compliance, quality, and on-time delivery of projects Supervise and coordinate staff, subcontractors, and consultants Maintain strong client relationships and service standards Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and safety requirements Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and performance reports Requirements 5-8 years of project or operations management experience Construction experience essential; fire protection experience preferred Relevant qualification in Management or Project Management Proven success working on large-scale projects with major contractors or consultants (e.g., WBHO) Own reliable vehicle Clear criminal record Strong references confirming career history and achievements Desired Attributes Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Results-driven with commitment to safety and quality standards
