The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a great listener, demonstrate a keen attention to detail, and be driven by targets. Responsibilities: Recover and manage outstanding debts while maintaining accurate records. Negotiate payment plans and locate clients through various sources. Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Use spreadsheets for tracking and reporting. Collaborate effectively and uphold Unifis values. Meet performance goals and deadlines while following company policies. Requirements: Fluent in English, Afrikaans, isiXhosa (would be an advantage). At least 1-years’ experience as a call center agent. Matric / Grade 12. Exceptional organizational, and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
