Our client is a reputable and well-established organisation in the automotive sector, recognised for its reliable service and strong aftersales support. The successful candidate will oversee all warranty-related functions, ensuring accurate claim submissions and strict adherence to manufacturer guidelines. This position requires strong coordination across all departments, exceptional administrative precision, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a structured environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process and submit warranty claims within required timeframes Monitor, track, and follow up on claim approvals and rejections Maintain and update all warranty documentation and records Liaise with service, parts, and sales departments on claim matters Ensure full compliance with manufacturer and internal warranty policies Prepare and submit warranty activity reports Coordinate warranty audits and manage responses to audit queries Process claim adjustments and corrections Verify parts and labour charges in line with claim requirements Identify warranty trends and recurring issues for improvement Assist departments with warranty-related queries Provide general administrative support across the dealership as needed Key Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised and deadline-driven Able to work both independently and within a team Strong problem-solving ability Requirements: Matric certificate Minimum 2 years experience as a Warranty Clerk or in a similar role Proven experience processing warranty claims in the automotive industry Strong administrative and computer proficiency Experience with dealership systems – Kerridge advantageous Ability to support and collaborate with multiple departments Remuneration: R12 000 R15 000 per month, depending on experience Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
