KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have Matric, coupled with 3-5 plus years experience in supervising operations on various medium to large scale building sites/projects. You will have a strong background in overseeing and coordinating site operations, ensuring the highest quality workmanship, as well as driving the achievement of targets, and ensuring the highest level of health and safety on site. You will have a solid experience in communicating effectively to the teams, subcontractors and provide expert problem solving skills You will be able to pre-empt risk and plan accordingly to mitigate risks, as well as promptly report any issues to avoid delays.
