leading textile manufacturer of homeware products, including bedding, fitted sheets, duvets, and curtains, is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations and maintain exceptional production standards. The Factory Manager will plan and manage production schedules, line balancing, and time studies to meet deadlines without compromising quality. The role oversees strict quality control across all stages of production, from fabric cutting to final packaging, while driving Lean initiatives to reduce waste, optimise labour, and improve cost-per-unit. The Factory Manager will also mentor and develop a high-performing team and ensure all machinery is well-maintained to prevent production delays. Minimum 5 years of proven managerial experience in the textile manufacturing industry (homeware including bedding, fitted sheets, duvets, curtains, etc.) Experience managing production (cutting, sewing, finishing, QC) in the textile manufacturing industry Tertiary qualification in Textile Technology, Production Management, or Industrial Engineering will be highly advantageous Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and implementation Kindly note that if you have not received any feedback 2 weeks after your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
